Malcolm Gladwell talks about the credit crunch

A few weeks ago I saw Malcolm Gladwell speak in
Brighton on expert failure and the credit crunch.
It was a stunning and mesmerising talk and as ever
really thought provoking. It's not the full talk he
gave in Brighton, but here is part of the same talk
given at the New Yorker Summit on 5th May.
